3. Programme descriptions
Veldora offers three financial education programmes:

Programme descriptions are subject to change. The description confirmed at the time of enrolment applies to your participation.
4. Education scope — not financial advice
Veldora's programmes are provided as financial education only. Veldora does not hold a Capital Markets Services Licence issued under Malaysia's Capital Markets and Services Act 2007, and does not provide regulated financial planning, investment advice, or any other licensed financial service. Nothing communicated during a programme constitutes financial advice, a product recommendation, or an investment recommendation. Participants should consult a licensed financial adviser before making investment or financial product decisions.
5. Enrolment and payment
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full programme payment. Payment is due before the first session. Veldora accepts bank transfer and will provide an invoice on request. Fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of all programme materials.
6. Rescheduling and cancellation
Rescheduling
Participants may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling is handled directly with the Veldora team and subject to availability. Sessions rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be forfeited.
Cancellation by participant
- Cancellation before the first session: full refund, less any bank transfer charges.
- Cancellation after the first session but before the final session: partial refund calculated on the proportion of sessions not yet delivered.
- Cancellation after the final session: no refund.
Cancellation by Veldora
If Veldora cancels a programme due to circumstances within our control, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort. If a session is cancelled by Veldora due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
7. Participant responsibilities
Participants agree to:
- Attend sessions at the agreed times or provide advance notice of rescheduling
- Use programme Materials for personal educational purposes only
- Not reproduce, share, or distribute Materials without written permission from Veldora
- Maintain respectful conduct in group sessions toward other participants and facilitators
8. Intellectual property
All programme Materials, including workbooks, templates, reading materials, session summaries, and website content, are the intellectual property of Veldora. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use Materials for their own household purposes after programme completion. Commercial use, redistribution, or reproduction is not permitted without written consent from Veldora.
9. Confidentiality
Veldora treats all personal financial information shared by participants during sessions as confidential. This information is used only for programme delivery and is not shared with third parties. Group participants should treat financial information shared by other participants in the same session as confidential.
10. Disclaimers
Programmes are provided on an educational basis. Veldora makes no representations about specific financial outcomes that may result from participation. Financial circumstances are individual, and the content of any programme may not apply equally to all participants' situations. All content is prepared in good faith using information current at the time of preparation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Veldora's total liability for any claim arising from or related to a programme shall not exceed the fee paid for that programme. Veldora is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from participation in a programme or use of the website.
12. Termination
Veldora may suspend or terminate a participant's enrolment if they breach these Terms, act in a way that disrupts the experience of other participants, or engage in conduct that Veldora reasonably considers inappropriate. In such cases, no refund will be provided for sessions already delivered.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a programme shall first be addressed through informal discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to mediation or, if necessary, the courts of Malaysia with jurisdiction in Kuala Lumpur.
14. Changes to these terms
Veldora may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in a programme after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For active enrolments, material changes will be communicated by email.
